How do I place an order?

There are three simple steps:

1. Click on the buy link at the top of the page. Choose either weekly or monthly contacts, select the powers you need for each eye, select the quantity of boxes you would like, and click on the add to cart button. 
2. If you live in the U.S., you need to send us a copy of your prescription before we can ship your order (although not before you place your order). Unfortunately, it needs to specify Luminous as the brand of contacts prescribed to be valid in the U.S. 
3. Click on the "Continue to step 3" button. Enter your email address, shipping and billing details, and credit card information. 

How do I get a contact lens prescription?

You need to see an optometrist or ophthalmologist for a contact lens fitting. Once you have been fitted for contact lenses and have received your prescription, you are ready to place an order.

What if I can't find my contact lens size?

Luminous Pacific lenses are designed with a Base Curvature (BC) and Diameter (Dia) that fit the vast majority of contact lens wearers. Patients often find that different BC and Dia combinations will provide the best fit for different brands of lenses, due to variations in how different lenses are constructed. If you are not sure that Luminous Pacific is the right lens for you, we recommend ordering a trial pack.

How do I get a copy of my prescription?

Your eye doctor is required to provide a copy of your contact lens prescription - free of charge - upon your request.

How do I receive free shipping on my orders?

U.S. customers receive free ground shipping via USPS on all orders over $49.

How can I send in my prescription?

You can send us your prescription by email, to or fax it to 866.273.5588. Your prescription must include the following information to be considered valid: 

• Name of the patient
• Date of the examination
• Expiration date of the prescription
• Name, mailing address, phone number, and fax number of the prescriber
• Power, material and/or manufacturer of the prescribed contact lens
• Base curvature or appropriate designation of the prescribed contact lens
• Diameter of the prescribed contact lens

What is your policy on refunds/returns?

If you are not thrilled with your lenses, send them back within 90 days and we will provide a full refund on any unopened boxes.

If you have received lenses that are damaged, incorrect or defective, please contact us immediately. If you believe any of the lenses are defective, do not throw them away - the lenses should be returned to us so that, if necessary, an ana lysis can be done.

What shipping methods are available?

Shipping time estimates do not include the one business day it may require for us to verify your prescription. Orders received afte r 2pm PST, and on the weekends, will ship the following business day. Please note that international shipping estimates do not incl ude any unforeseen customs delays.

For customers in the US:

• First Class Mail: 2-4 business days
• Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
• FedEx Delivery: Overnight

For customers in Canada:

• First Class Mail: 6-12 business days
• Priority Mail: 5-10 business days

For other international customers:

• First Class Mail: Varies
• Priority Mail: 6-10 business days
